Welcome to the Workshop
Our workshop proudly holds an MPRS (Maintenance Provision Rating Scheme) certification with a Bronze rating, making us the only independent workshop south of London to achieve this distinction.
Our workshop is proud to be IRTEC certified.
The Maintenance Provision Rating Scheme (MPRS) is a recognition awarded to workshops that meet all legal requirements for maintaining a fleet of commercial vehicles. This certification is endorsed by the Traffic Commissioner.
IRTEC serves as the industry standard for assessing competence in the inspection and maintenance of fleet vehicles.
Steve Gaiger
AMIMI, MIRTE, MSOE
Steve serves as our Engineering Manager. He completed his apprenticeship with BT right after finishing school and earned a degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from Southampton University during that period. Additionally, he holds qualifications in Motor Vehicle MTCE.
After a varied career in engineering roles he came to us in 2006 as a Driver and toured all over Europe as part of our holiday program.
3 Years ago Steve hung up his driving gloves and took over our workshop facilities and responsibilities to ensure our coaches are kept in tip-top condition and safe for our customer's
He has been certified as a PSV Vehicle Inspector and is a member of the SOE (Society of Operational Engineers), an associate member of the IMI (Institute for the Motor Industry).Alongside becoming a qualified windscreen repair technician, and more recently one of the very few ADAS-qualified calibration technicians in the Hampshire area
Steve has successfully upgraded our workshop facilities to comply with the MPRS Bronze certification standard (Maintenance Provision Rating Scheme). This achievement ensures that all our vehicles are maintained to the highest possible standards.
In November 2025 saw Steve take on an apprentice (Emma) to continue the provision of high-quality maintenance long into the future and to pass his invaluable knowledge and experience on.

The ADAS SYSTEM
ADAS serves as the essential calibration equipment required to ensure the proper functioning of the Automatic Braking Systems in our coaches.
Remarkably, we are one of only two locations in the Hampshire area equipped with this technology.
